ingredients:
2 - 10 oz. pkg. broccoli spears (or chopped)
frozen, thawed
2 cups cut-up cooked chicken (or 3 cans of pre-cooked chicken)
2 - 10 3/4 oz. cans cream of mushroom soup
1 cup Miracle whip or mayonnaise
1 cup soft bread crumbs
1 tablespoon melted butter
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
instructions:
1. Thaw and drain broccoli.
2. Arrange in 9 x
13" of 12 x 12" shallow casserole dish.
3. Place chicken on top of broccoli. Combine soup
and mayonnaise.
4. Pour mixture over
chicken. Sprinkle with cheese.
5. Combine bread crumbs, butter and poultry
seasoning.
6. Sprinkle over casserole.
7. Bake
at 375 degrees for 30 - 35 minutes or until bubbly and browned.
